We've refined a process that keeps things clear, efficient, and stress-free for everyone involved. Whether you need us for development only or for the full design-to-launch journey.

Option 1: You Design, We Build

For agencies and designers who bring their own designs.

1. Discovery & Scoping: We start with a conversation — usually with you and your design team — to understand the project goals, technical requirements, and your client's needs. We'll ask the right questions early so there are no surprises later.

2. Technical Consulting: Before the design is finalized, we can help you make informed decisions about technology, CMS choice, animations feasibility, and overall structure. This early collaboration saves time and avoids costly revisions down the road.

3. Proposal & Contract: Once the scope is clear, we provide a detailed quote. No hidden costs, no vague line items. When we agree on terms, we move forward.

4. Design Support: (optional) If it's helpful, we can review the design from a UX and development perspective — flagging potential issues, suggesting improvements, or validating creative solutions before a single line of code is written.

5. Development: We build. You'll have access to a staging link throughout the process, so you're never in the dark. We keep you updated and aligned at every step.

6. QA & Debugging: We manage quality assurance in a shared staging environment, identifying and resolving issues while refining the details to ensure everything works as intended.

7. Launch & Beyond: We manage the go-live process and stick around to monitor performance in the first critical days. We usually host the project on our infrastructure — one less thing for you to manage.

Option 2: We Design + Build

For clients or agencies who need us to handle the full experience.

1. Understanding the Brief: We begin by getting to know your brand, goals, audience, and constraints. The more context we have, the better we can serve the project.

2. Proposal & Contract: We put together a clear budget and timeline. Once approved, we're officially partners.

3. Strategy Workshop: A collaborative session — usually with key stakeholders — to dig deeper into what your website actually needs to do. We define structure, user journeys, and content priorities together.

4. Wireframes: We map out the architecture and layout of each page, focusing on usability and flow before any visual design begins.

5. UI Design: Once wireframes are approved, we move into visual design — crafting the look and feel, interactions, and details that bring the project to life.

6. Development: We turn the design into a fully functional website. As with development-only projects, you'll have staging access throughout and regular check-ins.

7. Launch & Ongoing Support: We handle deployment, post-launch monitoring, and ongoing maintenance to keep things running smoothly over time.

A note on content

We typically don't handle copywriting or content creation in-house, but we work with trusted collaborators who can. If you need support in that area, just let us know — we'll make sure it's covered.
